WHAT CAUSES HIP PAIN & KNEE PAIN?
Hip pain & knee pain are usually caused by repetitive strain to the cartilage & soft tissues, by muscle weakness or by unhealed injuries. Many seemingly straight forward injuries to the knee & hip occur because of pre-existing factors.
